The center was established in 1996 and is an education center registered with the Education Bureau. It has been running for 30 years. The center mainly provides teaching in English, Putonghua and foreign languages ​​(Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Korean). English and foreign language courses are mainly taught by Native teachers, while Putonghua will be taught by mainland teachers.

In addition to teaching English, Putonghua and foreign languages ​​(Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Korean), the center also provides specialized tutoring courses for primary and secondary schools, DSE (Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination), IAL (International Advanced Levels) and IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) courses, such as (DSE-Chinese, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, M1/M2, Economics and Accounting), (IAL- Further Pure Maths, Mechanics, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology), and homework tutoring classes, etc. In addition, music courses are added, including piano, electronic drums and various wood and brass instruments. The center will also help students to identify various English and Putonghua related exams and competitions, such as various levels of Cambridge English exams, IELTS English proficiency tests, Trinity Conversation Tests and various Putonghua proficiency tests.
